In keeping with The Boundary’s natural but architecturally upscale setting, each of its generous properties can be developed with residences and amenities specific to the individual landowner’s specifications. These may include facilities for equestrian use, guest cottages, family lodges, greenhouses, gardens and pool/spa areas. All construction and land development will adhere to the high architectural standards set by the landowner community in partnership with the developer; residents are welcome to use their own preferred builder as approved.
